  2. I saw your blog through Nathaniel's (i2runner).

I'm Marianne Tapales from CEMG. We’re an events and promotions agency based in Makati.

Our team is currently doing a campaign for Del Monte, it’s called the Dare to be Fit ‘N Right. The Dare to be Fit ‘N Right is a three-part campaign that includes (1) bloggers launch (2) launchpad activations in select SM branches, and (3) Dare to be Fit ‘n Right Fun Run. The campaign aims to promote the wellness and fit lifestyle.

The launch, which is an event for bloggers, will be in Taste Asia in SM Mall of Asia on October 23 (Friday) at 7 pm. The launch will feature Master Coach Jim Saret . Coach Saret will give an interactive talk about the F.I.T. workout, which he designed. The F.I.T. Workout allows you to burn at least 400 calories in 4 minutes.

In line with this, we would like to invite you to our launch on October 23.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you wish, you can contact me at ianne.tapales@gmail.com or at 09155498282 or at 892.5842.

why do i hate mizuno

Mizuno sucks. BIG TIME. yup. you read that right. why? point #1: they are not a mainstream brand. mainstream in a sense that they don't even ha ve well-known product endorsers unlike other sports brands around the world. i mean, how can they expect their products to sell like pancakes if the y're like that diba? point #2: they do not promote much of themselves. not much print ads if you'd ask me. i work in a magazine publishing company and i don't see mu ch of their products splashed all over our magazines. i don't see them havi ng television ads too. not even in the newspapers does mizuno have anything that will lead people to buy their products. point #3: the products are not that "fashionable." as compared to other "mainstream" brands, you won't see you r regular juans and marias weari ng mizunos together with their jeans to the office. you don't see them usually wearing mizuno s when they go around the malls, walking, shopping, chilli

virgin no more

people say that it's painful when you do it for the first time. a lot of my friends have done it way ahead before me.  people have been telling since mid-2009 that i should already try to do it.  i've always thought of doing this when i feel I'm ready for it, to commit to it.  I didn't want to do something I would eventually regret. doing this entails responsibility, and commitment, and would be really time-consuming.   let's begin with the end when i started seriously running at last year's Condura Run, I never imagined thinking of ever running a full marathon in the near future. after that condura run, i started training for 10K races, then slowly leveling up to having LSDs and 15K and 10milers, and eventually had my first half marathon at Botak Paatibayan in May 2009. during that race, i witnessed how a not so "well-organized" full marathon that packed up everything way before the "cut-off" when the race didn't even have a cut-o
