what motivates YOU?

a friend twitted this link, and it got me thinking how should companies treat their employees. I do believe that there are a lot of companies with old school thinking that MONEY is the source of all motivation. upon listening and watching this video, it made me realize WHY i am like this, why despite the salary, etc, there are still things that i would like to DO.
